Kendall Jenner became very vulnerable and sincere about her mental health and how the coronavirus, quarantine COVID-19, affected her. It turns out that the model of the Keeping Up with the Kardashians clan really felt alone, isolated.
And that’s not all! Kendall also revealed that she also has panic attacks and that “her bad days aren’t the best!”

That being said, Kendall has partnered with the Mental Health Coalition for the “how are you going to really challenge” in order to end any stigma associated with mental illness.
The model shared her own experience, detailing how she was doing mentally since installing the shelters on site.
“For me, I have a great day when I wake up in the morning and I’m going to make a list of things I want to do – whether it’s at work or just at home. And I will be somehow super productive” , she said, adding that she was also doing “nice safe quarantine walks” as much as she could to better deal with any negativity.
