It seems that the myriad of rumors are essentially true; classic arcade skateboarder Tony Hawk Pro Skater 1 and 2 are both overpowered and pushing him into gold. It is expected to come out very soon, and the announcement pays tribute to the plethora of rumors coming from Activision and the skateboard scene in general.

The entirety of the two classic arcade games is redone from scratch by Vicarious Visions acting as developer, the same studio that created the Crash Bandicoot N. It’s a studio that has an iota of pedigree when it comes to remastering beloved classics, and if Crash Bandicoot is a solid measure, we’re in for an absolute treat on September 4, 2020, when the title arrives on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
The PC statement is said to be geared towards the beloved Steam platform, although without an official announcement, no one can guess. It’s unlikely to be an Epic exclusive per se, however; if Epic picks it up, it will likely arrive on the Battle.Net launcher as well.
